• •Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet inventory and business targets.
• •Source used vehicles through trade-ins, direct purchases, auctions, dealer networks, fleet disposals, and corporate partnerships.
• •Lead vehicle appraisal, valuation, and acquisition negotiations.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financial institutions, fleet operators, and other key partners.
• •Monitor market trends, pricing, inventory mix, and stock turnover.
• •Lead and develop the sourcing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
