All about the role:

As part of this journey, we are looking for a Head of Data & AI , combining product ownership with technical leadership.

• You will be responsible for transforming data into a strategic business asset by building the platforms, capabilities, architecture, and teams that enable data-driven decision making, advanced analytics, and AI-powered products across the region
• This role will be responsible to build the data, analytics, and AI capabilities that power better decisions and business growth across EMEA & APAC.

• •Define and execute the EMEA & APAC Data & AI strategy.
• •Lead Data & AI products, platforms and engineering capabilities.
• •Establish data architecture, governance and technology direction.
• •Enable product organizations through shared data services and expertise.
• •Drive AI adoption and innovation across the business.
• •Build scalable data platforms and analytical capabilities.
• •Foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

• •A leader who will serve as the strategic authority for data platforms, analytics, engineering, AI, architecture and data-driven innovation.
• •A transformational leader with a proven ability to drive enterprise-wide data and digital transformation initiatives that create measurable business value.
• •Experienced in building and scaling modern data platforms that enable advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• •A strategic influencer who effectively partners with senior executives and business leaders to champion the adoption of Data & AI capabilities and foster a data-driven culture.

Demonstrated Capabilities

Education & Experience

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related field.
• •Significant leadership experience in Data, Analytics and AI.
• •Experience leading data engineering and platform organizations.
• •Experience establishing enterprise Data & AI strategies.

Leadership & Transformation

• •Leading enterprise data transformations.
• •Building modern data platforms.
• •Driving executive-level adoption of Data & AI.
