• As Head of Delivery, AI Operations, you will lead the delivery of complex AI services supporting the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.
• You will oversee training data collection and annotation, adversarial testing, model evaluation, and AI safety review programs.
• The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution across global delivery teams and multiple workforce models.
• You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define high-quality solutions, establish production protocols, and continuously improve delivery performance.
• A major focus will be Physical AI, including robotics and world model development, in an environment where technology and requirements evolve rapidly.
• You will champion experimentation, automation, testing, and scalable processes while building a high-performance culture across teams.
