Job Description

Just imagine shaping how talent moves across the world while making every international move simpler and more human. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Head of Global Mobility, you'll lead and develop a high-performing Global Mobility team supporting an increasingly international workforce. You'll bring Global Mobility and International Employee Experience closer together, while shaping the strategy, operating model and capabilities for the future. You'll simplify processes, use automation and AI thoughtfully, and improve experiences for employees and their families.

Required Qualifications

  • Led Global Mobility in complex international organizations, including strategy, operations, compliance and policy development.
  • Delivered global mobility programs that balance business priorities, employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Managed teams working across multiple geographies, with clear evidence of developing team capability and performance.
  • Implemented technology, automation or AI-enabled improvements within Global Mobility or people operations.
  • Translated business priorities into scalable people solutions for an international workforce.
  • Built partnerships with senior stakeholders across functions to strengthen mobility programs and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Designed International Employee Experience approaches that connect effectively with Global Mobility.
  • Shaped transformation programs or operating models within a complex organization.

What you'll build

  • Bring Global Mobility and International Employee Experience into a more connected and collaborative team.
  • Evolve the Global Mobility strategy and operating model for a growing international workforce.
  • Simplify processes and advance digitalization, automation and AI adoption.
  • Strengthen the team's capability through leadership, coaching and development.
  • Build closer connections with Talent and other people teams to ensure mobility supports attraction and development.
  • Increase Global Mobility's strategic contribution and visibility across the organization.

If you've worked in a role where you've moved talent globally, adapted mobility policies and partnered with Talent teams, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is combining strong functional mobility experience with thoughtful leadership, sound business judgement and effective collaboration.

Life on the team

You'll join Reward within the LEGO Group, helping create the frameworks that attract, retain and develop talent. The team works across functions and geographies, with mutual trust, shared ownership and a focus on getting things done. You'll help people grow and build an inclusive team where collaboration, change leadership and succession planning are part of everyday work.

What success looks like

Over the next 12–18 months, you'll help deepen the connection between Global Mobility and International Employee Experience while advancing automation, AI and future-ready capabilities. You'll work closely with other centers of expertise, Finance, Tax, external vendors, immigration partners and local people teams. Success means a stronger, more capable team and a Global Mobility function that's increasingly connected to business and talent priorities.
