  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Steuerung internationaler Programme und Projekte
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen PMO-Teams
  • Etablierung und Optimierung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Prozessen und Methoden
  • Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Projekt- und Portfoliomanagements sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der PMO-Prozesse
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschafslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Projekt- bzw. PMO-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler Programme und funktionsübergreifender Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations-, und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
