Head of Human Resources

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Human Resources based in United States.

• The Head of Human Resources will own the people function end to end for a growing remote-first organization.
• This hands-on leadership role covers talent acquisition, people operations, compliance, performance, compensation, and culture.
• You will take full ownership of the HR infrastructure, including the HRIS, employment processes, policies, and employee lifecycle.
• Working closely with the leadership team, you will shape compensation frameworks, strengthen performance systems, and support organizational growth.
• The role combines strategic people leadership with practical execution, from writing offer letters to managing sensitive employee situations.
• You will help create a connected and accountable remote culture while ensuring compliance with Quebec employment requirements.
• Success will be measured through employee engagement, retention, role clarity, and the effectiveness of the overall people system.
