Per la divisione Engagement Solutions - Commercial & Institutions, Italy, siamo alla ricerca di Psicologi da inserire nel Centro Servizi della nostra sede di Roma per un programma di telemonitoraggio remoto di pazienti e caregiver finalizzato alla migliore riuscita del loro percorso di cura e trattamento.
Mansioni Principali:
- Gestire il percorso dei pazienti, garantendo continuità di contatto e supporto durante l'intero programma;
- Fornire assistenza nell'utilizzo di piattaforme e dispositivi digitali e verificarne la corretta fruizione da parte di pazienti e caregivers;
- Analizzare e gestire le segnalazioni ricevute, garantendo una corretta valutazione delle priorità e delle tempistiche di intervento;
- Fornire supporto emotivo e ascolto attivo a pazienti e caregivers
- Fornire supporto psicologico, anche attraverso incontri virtuali di gruppo con più pazienti
- Contribuire al mantenimento degli standard qualitativi del servizio, segnalando tempestivamente criticità.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Psicologia
- Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione e iscrizione al relativo Ordine, ove previste dalla normativa vigente;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con chiarezza espositiva e orientamento all’ascolto.
- Abilità nel lavorare in maniera efficace in team e per obiettivi
Buona capacità di utilizzo degli strumenti tecnologici (pc, telefono)
Nice to have:
- Pregressa esperienza in programmi di telemedicina;
- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione di pazienti da remoto

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €25,600.00 - €38,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
