What They'll Do
Develop detailed construction estimates using HeavyBid software (primary requirement)

Willing to invest 2 months of training time for the right candidate with software familiarity
Values accuracy, independence, and understanding of construction methodology

Non-Negotiables
HeavyBid software knowledge or Bid to Win experience (critical for day-one productivity)
Earthwork/heavy civil construction background
English fluency
Ability to work full-time, remote, on U.S. mountain time
