Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit als Persönliche Assistent:in ist keine spezielle Qualifikation bzw. Ausbildung erforderlich, wohl aber ein hohes Maß an Reflexionsbereitschaft wie die Fähigkeit sich zurücknehmen zu können. Es handelt sich um eine anspruchsvolle, spannende und vielseitige Arbeit, bei der der individuelle persönliche Bedarf der assistenznehmenden Person, im Fokus steht.
  • Der individuelle Assistenzbedarf umfasst dabei alle Bereiche des alltäglichen Lebens wie zum Beispiel: Assistenz für die Abdeckung von alltäglichen Grundbedürfnissen (Duschen, Essen, Körperhygiene), bei der Durchführung von Haushaltstätigkeiten, als Wegbegleitung für diverse Erledigungen oder Assistenz im Rahmen der beruflichen Tätigkeit.
  • Ihr Profil:
  • º respektvolles und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • º absolute Zuverlässigkeit
  • º Flexibilität
  • º einwandfreier Leumund
  • º Führerschein B (eigener PKW wünschenswert)
  • º Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
  • Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • º Eine Anstellung nach SWÖ-KV (Verwendungsgruppe 4)

  • º Brutto mindestens € 2.494,30 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden)
  • º Berücksichtigung der Vordienstzeiten
