Wir sind seit mehr als 5 Jahren in Raum Leipzig und Umgebung tätig.

Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen Heilerziehungspfleger/in im Bereich Kita und Betreuung von Menschen mit geistigen und körperlichen Einschränkungen.

  • Arbeit mit Menschen die aufgrund körperlicher und/ oder geistiger Behinderung auf Unterstützung angewiesen sind
  • Arbeit mit Kinder im Alter von 0-6 Jahren
  • Entwicklung individueller Förderpläne
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung bei alltäglichen und besonderen Aktivitäten
  • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Fachdiensten
  • Dokumentation und pädagogische Berichterstattung

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d)
  • Ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Klienten und deren Angehörigen ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und zur Reflexion der eigenen pädagogischen Arbeit
  • Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit, sowie Spaß an deinem Job
