Anforderungsprofil:

Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen.

Die Herstellung von Drehteilen aus Edelstahl an konventionellen Drehmaschinen.

NC-Drehmaschinen einrichten, Werkzeuge voreinstellen und notwendige Programmänderungen durchführen

Spanendes Fertigungsverfahren -> Frästeile bearbeiten.

Durchführung von Bohrarbeiten (Säulen- und Ständerbohrmaschine).

Biegearbeiten mittels Biegevorrichtung.

Abstechen und entgraten von Edelstahlrohren.

Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau.

Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Vorrichtungen.

WIG-Schweißen.

Allgemeine Anforderungen:

Bereitschaft zur ständigen Verbesserung.

Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft.

Teamfähigkeit.

Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein

Ausbildung / Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung Richtung Zerspanungs- / Industriemechaniker.

Auch gerne Quereinsteiger.

Frühester Eintrittstermin:

zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt.
