Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen

# Herdenmanager

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • selbständige Versorgung der gesamten Milchviehherde
  • Melken
  • Füttern einschl. zugehöriger Vor- und Nacharbeiten in diesem Bereich (Technik / Siloanlage)
  • regelmäßige Wartungs-/Reinigungsarbeiten eingesetzter Stalltechnik
  • schriftliche Dokumentation im Management der Milchviehherde
  • genaue Tierbeobachtung während der Arbeitszeit
  • Wissensvermittlung an Lehrlinge & Praktikanten

### Sie bringen mit:

landwirtschaftliche oder handwerklich technische Ausbildung

gern auch mit weiterer Qualifizierung, z.B. Meister

  • Freude und Leidenschaft im Umgang mit Tieren
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung und arbeiten selbstständig. -
  • Sie arbeiten gern im Team.
  • Sie treten sicher auf und können sich durchsetzen.
  • Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung ist von Vorteil.
