zur Integration und Absicherung von Avionik-Kommunikationsgeräten durch den Aufbau und die Automatisierung von Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL)-Testsystemen

HiL Test Engineer* Avionics

  • Konzeption, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL)-Testumgebungen für die Softwareintegration und den Test von Avionik-Kommunikationsgeräten
  • Weiterentwicklung von Testframeworks sowie Konzeption und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitLab CI/CD unter Einsatz von Docker oder Podman
  • Integration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten zu vollständigen Flugfunkgeräten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsbereichen
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Definition und Durchführung von Testfällen sowie Auswertung und Dokumentation der Testergebnisse
  • Integration und Automatisierung von Mess- und Prüfgeräten wie Oszilloskopen, Signalgeneratoren und Spektrumanalysatoren sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Testinfrastruktur
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der hardwarenahen Softwareentwicklung und im Test komplexer Systeme (z. B. Mikrocontroller, SoCs oder Funk-/HF-Technologien)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Mobilfunk, Datenübertragung, Netzwerktechnik (ISO-/OSI-Modell), C/C, CMake, Linux und Git Erfahrung mit GitLab CI/CD sowie Containertechnologien wie Docker oder Podman
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Testautomatisierung und Entwicklung von Testframeworks
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im sicherheitskritischen Umfeld, insbesondere in den Bereichen Defence oder Avionik
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bruttojahresgehalt all-in:75.000 -90.000 Euro
  • Home Office: nach dem Onboarding bis zu 60%
  • Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: 35 - 40 Stunden
