As a Certified Nurse Aide , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• •Provide hands-on personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• •Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
• •Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
• •Help patients safely walk, transfer, and use mobility equipment.
• •Follow each patient's individualized care plan.
• •Monitor and report changes in a patient's condition to the care team.
• •Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• •Remind patients to take medications as directed.
• •Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• •Maintain accurate documentation, protect patient privacy, and participate in required training.

What is Required?

• •Current State certificate as a Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Aide certification
• •Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• •Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
