We are now seeking a Host to bring our vision to life within an exciting new restaurant opening, acting as the first point of contact and setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. About the Role

As a Host, you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s journey, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through to seating. You will be responsible for managing reservations and optimising covers, all while maintaining a calm and professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

You will also:

• •Manage reservations, working closely with the Head Host and reservations team to ensure accuracy and clarity
• •Maximise covers through effective management of bookings, walk-ins and waitlists
• •Seat guests in line with the table plan, providing menus and a warm welcome
• •Collaborate with the Head Host and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day service

About You

You are an excellent communicator and customer service focused, enjoying greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner remaining attentive throughout their visit, and providing customers with a prompt and efficient service.

You are cool, calm, collected even in pressurised situations and able to think on your feet. You are also reliable and work well in a team, being a good listener and supporting others.
