What You’ll Do

• •Welcome guests with a warm, confident, and engaging presence that reflects the energy of the venue.
• •Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists while maintaining smooth guest flow throughout the space.
• •Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and leadership to ensure efficient service and table turnover.
• •Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with questions about seating and the overall experience.
• •Maintain an organized and polished host stand and entrance area at all times.
• •Support the flow of guests during live music and peak hours to enhance the overall atmosphere.
• •Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
• •Contribute to a team-focused environment that prioritizes exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.
