Requirements

Host Responsibilities:

• •Greet all guest with a smile and make all guests feel welcomed at the restaurant
• •Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• •Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
• •Answer phones
• •Walk guests to their tables
• •Roll silverware
• •Coordinate seating
• •Interact with guests professionally
• •Lift and carry menus
• •Light cleaning
• •Restroom checks
• •Featured item board updates
• •Exterior menu box updates
• •Must be able to take Take Out orders, and ring them in correctly.
• •Open doors for guests as the come in and exit the building.

Host Qualifications:

• •Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• •Ability to build rapport with guests
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Able to understand and speak English; able to read written instructions in English
• •Able to communicate well
• •Positive attitude
• •Able to work under pressure
