Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival.
Open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible.
Inspect tables for proper presentation.
When the restaurant is on a wait for tables, record the guest’s information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time.
Notify guests via the No Wait App when their table is ready.
Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible.
Make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table.
Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of the server’s name.
Handle food: chips and salsa
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Attend all scheduled team member meetings

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Previous restaurant experience is not required but preferred.
Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information to guests and other team members.
Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
