Essential Job Duties:

• •Responsible for making a great first impression with a warm greeting & smile
• •Seating membership in the dining room, and leaving a lasting impression as they leave.
• •Answers incoming calls and transfers the person to another area in the club
• •Assesses needs of members and guests and refers them to the appropriate services available
• •Takes lunch and dinner Reservations for the dining rooms
• •Takes special event reservations and keeps the reservation book updated and organized
• •Communicates to membership via email & telephone
• •Ensures all food and wine menus are current and ready to be distributed to the members/guests.
• •Updates members on current events and stays up-to date on activities throughout the club.

Requirements

• •Strong communication and people skills
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• •Strong Phone Skills
• •Organized and efficient
• •Able to acquire menu knowledge
• •Flexible to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
• •Hospitality experience preferred
