• •Coordinates and performs the activities of personnel in housekeeping and/or paint department cleaning.
• •Transport team member(s) and cleaning equipment to the customer site.
• •Ensure pick-up and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• •Responds to customer calls.
• •Monitors work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. Informs supervisor of any issues that may occur.
• •Monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.
• •Monitor employees’ work levels and work performance. Advises supervisor of any deficiencies or issues.
• •Examine areas of responsibility and relays information to determine additional needed services or issues.
• •Assist employees to correct task or job-skill deficiencies.
• •Stage materials and supplies, such as tools and equipment.
• •Perform daily visual inspections of work performed.
• •Assists in all areas of cleaning needed to get jobs completed.

Job Description

• Misión:
• Realizar, de manera autónoma, tareas operativas básicas en su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a las directrices marcadas por su responsable, a fin de satisfacer las necesidades del proyecto.

Son responsables de la ejecución de los contratos de servicios. Planifican, optimizan y supervisan la utilización de los recursos para asegurar que los servicios se ejecutan conforme a las especificaciones y coste establecidos. Entre sus funciones más comunes están: Gestionar los contratos, elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias, planificar y fijar las fases del servicio, supervisar las actividades de los subcontratistas y del personal subordinado y operarios, verificar la calidad del trabajo durante todas las fases del servicio, etc.

Required Skills and Competencies

• •Experience:
• •Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
• •At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

• •Strong leadership and team management skills.
• •Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in industrial environments.
• •Familiarity with OSHA standards and other health and safety regulations.
• •Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment:

• •Primarily works in a manufacturing environment, requiring adherence to PPE and safety standards.
• •May involve exposure to industrial cleaning chemicals, machinery, and varying temperature conditions.
• •Requires physical activity, including walking, standing, and occasionally lifting cleaning equipment or supplies.
