Опис ролі: Viseven у пошуку HR Business Partner, який стане надійним партнером для менеджерів закріплених бізнес-підрозділів, допомагатиме вирішувати HR-питання та забезпечуватиме необхідну підтримку для досягнення бізнес-цілей. Роль передбачає ведення ключових HR-процесів, проактивну реалізацію HR-ініціатив і тісну співпрацю з менеджерами на різних етапах роботи з командами — від розвитку та управління ефективністю до залученості й утримання спеціалістів.
