JD:

• •Source candidates through various channels, including job sits, referral, etc .
• •Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• •Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
