Role Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end Labour Law, Statutory, Payroll and Establishment Compliance across Pan-India , ensuring timely filings, payments, documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT) and LWF compliance.
- Handle Establishment Compliance across Pan-India locations.
- Prepare and coordinate applicable statutory returns and filings.
- Maintain statutory records, compliance trackers and documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS, compliance reports and dashboards .
- Monitor compliance calendars, identify gaps and ensure timely closure.
- Support labour law compliance, audits and statutory inspections.
