  • Für ein international ausgerichtetes Industrieunternehmen am Standort Rüsselsheim suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung einen HR Generalist \(m/w/d\), der die Personalabteilung sowohl operativ als auch in ausgewählten Projektthemen unterstützt.
  • Die Rolle eignet sich für HR-Professionals, die ein breites Aufgabenfeld und ein modernes, technisches Arbeitsumfeld schätzen.
  • ###### Beschreibung
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Operative Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles von Onboarding bis Offboarding
  • Steuerung des Recruiting-Prozesses in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung und Pflege arbeitsvertraglicher Unterlagen sowie weiterer HR-Dokumente
  • Unterstützung in payroll-relevanten Abläufen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten, Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Verbesserung interner Abläufe

  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalwesen, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Grundlagen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben
