  • Du bist vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte und berätst in allen personalrelevanten, arbeitsrechtlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen. Dabei schaffst du ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Menschen ihr Potenzial entfalten können.
  • Du verantwortest und optimierst den gesamten Employee Lifecycle - von einem begeisternden Onboarding über moderne Feedback- und Entwicklungsprozesse bis hin zu einem wertschätzenden Offboarding. Dabei sorgst du für eine herausragende Employee Experience.
  • Du nutzt Personio als zentrales HR-System, hältst unsere HR-Daten und Prozesse aktuell, stellst eine zuverlässige HR-Administration sicher und schaffst die Grundlage für eine reibungslose Gehaltsabrechnung.
  • Du steuerst Recruiting-Prozesse für unsere Fachbereiche. Mit modernen Sourcing-Strategien begeisterst du Fachkräfte für unsere Mission einer nachhaltigen Energieversorgung.
  • Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, unterstützt Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten und gestaltest eine Unternehmenskultur, die von Ownership, Innovation und Teamgeist geprägt ist.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst strategische und operative HR-Projekte voran - beispielsweise in den Bereichen Performance Management, Prozessoptimierung oder Employer Branding.
