• This is a remote HR operations role supporting employees and clients throughout the employment lifecycle across multiple European countries.
• You’ll help manage onboarding, employee changes, HR administration, and day-to-day employment matters while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• The role combines operational execution with customer-focused problem solving in a fast-paced international environment.
• You’ll work closely with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership, and external partners to deliver seamless HR services.
• Your ability to balance employee and client needs with local employment requirements will be central to your success.
