HR Senior Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Senior Manager based in Mexico.

• As HR Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic People partner for business units across Latin America, supporting leaders and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.
• You will combine employee experience, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and people operations with hands-on talent acquisition responsibilities.
• The role offers broad exposure to senior leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence workforce planning, engagement, performance, retention, and organizational change.
• You will build trusted relationships with managers and employees while providing practical guidance on employee relations, development, performance, and workplace challenges.
• Alongside your People Care responsibilities, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate positions, including specialized technology roles.
• Working in a global, remote environment, you will collaborate daily with U.S.-based stakeholders and distributed teams across Latin America.
