• What will you do?
• As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our team throughout the entire recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to:

• •Write and publish job vacancies on various platforms;
• •Screen CVs and conduct (phone) interviews with candidates;
• •Actively search for talent on different platforms;
• •Contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns;
• •Assist with onboarding new colleagues;
• •Participate in career fairs;
• •Perform administrative tasks in our HR system (Workday);
• •Join job interviews and maintain contact with candidates.

What are we looking for?

• •You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a similar field;
• •You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and detail-oriented;
• •You have good command of Dutch & English;
• •You are passionate about recruitment and connecting people;
• •Available for at least 4 months (24–36 hours per week).
