About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HSE & Workplace Services Partner to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment across our operations in Colombia. This role combines responsibility for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives with the management of workplace services, facilities, fleet operations, and employee administrative services.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies while delivering high-quality workplace experiences that support employee well-being and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Implement and maintain occupational health and safety programs in compliance with local legislation and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
  • Lead emergency preparedness initiatives, including response plans, drills, and awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate incident investigations and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Deliver health and safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate HSE requirements and local regulatory obligations.

Facilities & Workplace Services

  • Manage the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of office facilities and workplace environments.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of office space and workplace resources.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility-related procurement activities.
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Fleet Management

  • Coordinate company vehicle allocation and utilization.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules, insurance renewals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor fleet performance and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Administrative Services

  • Manage employee support services, including transportation, courier services, cafeteria operations, office supplies, and other workplace services.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for internal meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace services and facilities-related matters.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Build strong relationships with service providers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to managers and employees on HSE and workplace-related topics.
  • Support leadership by preparing reports, analyses, and presentations related to safety, facilities, and operational performance.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Valid Occupational Health and Safety License issued by the relevant authority.
  • Completion of mandatory Health & Safety certification/training requirements.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or related areas.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers.
  • Experience overseeing facility operations, administrative services, and workplace programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills

  • Solid knowledge of local Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of facility maintenance and workplace operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with facilities management systems is an advantage.
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or above).
