Job Description & Summary

Role Purpose

The Human Capital Leader develops and implements people's strategies that support the organization's business objectives. The role oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, mobility, HR operations, and compliance, while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.

The HC Leader will be the sole Human Capital representative in the territory, responsible for leading all HC activities with the support of the Eurasia HC team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Capital Strategy and Leadership

Translate business priorities into practical people's plans and workforce initiatives.

Serve as a trusted adviser to leaders and employees on Human Capital policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.

Support managers in addressing employee relations matters professionally, consistently, and confidentially.

2. Employer Branding & Recruitment

Lead employer branding activities, including university relations, recruitment marketing, career events, and initiatives that strengthen PwC's employer reputation and talent pipeline.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

Partner with business leaders to identify workforce requirements and develop appropriate recruitment plans.

3. Employee Onboarding and Integration

Oversee the onboarding and adaptation process to ensure a smooth and professional transition for new employees.

Organizing Induction training for new joiners.

4. HR Operations and Employee Administration

Administer employment documentation, maintain personnel records, and ensure the accuracy of employees and leave data on Workday.

Manage employee leave and absence records, including vacation, sick leave, and special leave, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.

5. Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Budgeting

Manage headcount planning and budgeting in cooperation with business leaders and relevant support functions.

Oversee salary and bonus administration and ensure consistency with approved compensation frameworks.

6. Performance Management

Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring effective goal setting, continuous feedback, and timely performance reviews.

7. Learning & Development

Manage the end-to-end learning process, including training nominations, instructor readiness, and attendance tracking in accordance with PwC policies. Ensure accurate learning records are maintained and address any outstanding training requirements through timely remediation.

8. Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture

Lead employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, including People Survey and Pulse Check surveys.

Plan and execute staff events (e.g., New Year celebrations, Away Days)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, including proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Leader, managing the full employee lifecycle and partnering with business leaders.

Strong knowledge of Georgian labor legislation and HR administration practices.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Professional proficiency in English, Georgian languages.

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
