Illuminus is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization’s growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our employees and management team with strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to HR management.

$70,000 - $90,000 (Higher pay may be considered based on qualifications and experience)
Summary
- Conduct regular meetings with respective department/facility leadership
- Work with leadership and staff to implement effective transitions including the separation and exit interview process
- Consult with management providing human resource guidance when appropriate to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied
- Provide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Identify training needs for department/facility(ies) and individual leadership coaching
- Provide oversight of talent acquisition and onboarding process. Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations and providing advice/recommendation to management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
- Additional human resources activities and other duties as needed.
- Up to 40% day travel.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
- 4-6+ years’ progressive human resource experience or equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field required.
- Advanced degree and/or HR certification(s) preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Power Point, and Access; Paylocity or other HRIS
