• For our group company, Bernard Rothfos Intercafé AG , we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (part-time) (f/m/d) .
• The position will be based in Zug and reports directly to the CEO.

Your responsibilities

• •Developing an HR department, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture
• •Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company´s objective and culture
• •Cooperation with the Holding and role out of groupwide HR initiatives
• •Create and refine HR policies and procedures along the employee lifecycle, e.g. onboarding, employee recognition, Learning & development
• •Ensuring data accuracy in our HRIS Workday
• •Manage HR Administration and maintain compliance with laws and group regulations

Your profile

• •Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• •Proven experience in HR roles and knowledge of HR practices and local employment law, and the ability to innovate HR processes
• •Fluent in German & English
• •Strong communication skills
• •Showing a high agility and flexibility combined with a hands-on attitude
• •Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities
