• You will partner closely with service leadership to develop reporting, metrics, processes, and program enhancements that support field performance.
• The position combines data analysis with business process understanding to help leaders monitor financial commitments and operational outcomes.
• You will translate complex data and business requirements into practical tools, insights, and actions for field and leadership teams.
• The role also includes training, communication planning, application design participation, and continuous improvement across service operations.
• Success requires strong collaboration, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• With regular interaction across teams and 25%+ travel throughout the United States, you will play a visible role in strengthening service delivery and operational consistency.
