What You'll Do

• •Run residential service calls: no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ, and more
• •Diagnose issues accurately and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
• •Present repair and replacement options based on each customer's needs
• •Complete repairs and deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
• •Keep a clean, organized truck and work area
• •Participate in an on-call rotation as needed, especially during peak summer and winter seasons

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• •Clear, professional communication with customers
• •EPA 608 Certification, Type II or Universal (required)
• •Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• •Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces and lift up to 50 lbs
• •Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
