Shift Availability for HVAC Maintenance Technician:

Full-Time, Days
$2,500 dollar sign on bonus
Every 5th weekend
Every other Holiday

Responsibilities of HVAC Maintenance Technician:

HVAC and Electrical, as dictated by Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders
Assist with snow removal as needed
Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work
Performs building systems and equipment testing and inspection as directed.
Inventories parts, supplies and/or equipment as directed.
Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC maintenance preferred.
HVAC Certification required

Requirements

Qualifications for HVAC Maintenance Technician :

Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC maintenance preferred.
HVAC Certification required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Drivers license required
