As a family of clinics, our Today’s ABA programs SERVE Togethe r alongside speech, occupational, physical, and mental health therapists to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.KidSpeak is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our North Charlotte clinic . We are expanding into a brand new 10,000 square feet, beautiful multidisciplinary clinic.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working in-person in the clinic to maintain strong connection with your interdisciplinary team and clients while offering a work from home day each week. In this position, you will provide high-quality ABA services through a combination of in-person care and virtual support on the work from home day tailored to each child’s unique needs.

What You’ll Do

• •Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• •Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• •Complete in-person client supervision and in person and virtual parent sessions
• •Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress across environments
• •Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches
• •Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• •Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements

Qualifications

• •Current BCBA certification
• •Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• •Active North Carolina state licensure
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills
• •Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment
