As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide tailored solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation: $17.60 per hour (approx. $36,000 per year)

What You'll Do:

• •Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• •Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate and timely information, solutions, and assistance.
• •Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
• •Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• •Update customer accounts and records with relevant information and notes.
• •Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. ​

Position Requirements:

• •Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• •No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment

Education & Experience:

• •Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• •High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
• •Bachelors or Diploma in a related field is preferred but not required

Skills & Abilities:

• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• •Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
• •Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.
• •Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• •Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
