Hybrid Dental Assistant/ Front Office Assistant

As a Dental Assistant with Front Office Assistant responsibilities, you will play a vital role in shaping the patient experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into both the clinical and administrative sides of the dental profession.

Responsibilities

• •Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• •Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict protocols.
• •Take X-rays and digital scans as needed.
• •Document patient information accurately in chart notes and software systems.
• •Ensure patients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed throughout their treatment.
• •Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• •Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
• •Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• •Maintain accurate records and assist with updating medical history forms.
• •Support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient care

Requirements

• •1+ year of dental assisting and/or front desk experience required.
• •X-ray certification is required.
• •N2O certification is required.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• •Comfortable with computer-based tasks and dental software.
• •Friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• •High school diploma or equivalent required.
