Hybrid Healthcare Representative- Cebu & Tacloban

Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.

• Duties & Responsibilities:
• •formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
• •spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories
• •develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
• •develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs
• •develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products
• •monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities
• •prepare and submit operational/admin reports
• •perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
• •adheres to company values and policies at all times

• Qualifications Required:
• •College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course
• •With at least 2 years experience as PHR
• •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• •Good interpersonal skills
• •With valid Med Rep PRC
• •With valid driver's license
