About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hydrology & Drainage Engineer – Design Reviewer to join a major highway infrastructure project in Timor-Leste . The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing hydrological studies, drainage systems, flood management measures, and related infrastructure designs prepared by the Design-Build Contractor.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with expertise in Hydrology and Drainage systems or equivalent.
• •Have a minimum of 15 years of cumulative experience in Civil Engineering with expertise in hydrology and drainage systems and thereof a minimum of 10 years related to final design of drainages for Highway roads or large road projects.
• •Have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 Highway Road projects of similar nature.
• •Preferably a full-time employee of the PMC since at least 2 years.
• •Fluency in written and spoken form of English is mandatory.
• •Responsible for reviewing the hydrological studies, hydraulic analysis, existing drainages, drainage system and drainage design, in conformance with the DBF Contract.
