  • Gehobene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere osteuropäische Sprachen wünschenswert)
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs und der CEE-Region
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Offenes Mindset für KI und Digitalisierung
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Eigenverantwortliche kaufmännische Steuerung und Optimierung eines internationalen Immobilienportfolios;
  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasts und laufendes Reporting;
  • Analyse von Miet-, Ertrags- und Wirtschaftlichkeitskennzahlen;
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wertsteigerungsmaßnahmen;
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen;
  • Unterstützung bei An- und Verkaufsprozessen von Immobilien;
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management;
  • Kommunikation sowie Koordination bestehender und potenzieller Mieter:innen
