Resumen de la posición

Planeación y programación de transportes nacionales, envíos por mensajería, cotizaciones de fletes, reportes y programaciones de vuelos internacionales con forwarders.

Key Responsibilities:

Programación y seguimiento puntual con proveedores de mensajería y proveedores de transportes nacionales.

Estrecha comunicación con customer service para cualquier actualización en los embarques.

Seguimiento, rastreo y actualización de reportes de control para envíos de mensajería nacional e internacional y transportes locales.

Coordinar con proveedores de transporte las recolecciones y entregas.

Buscar oportunidades de consolidación de embarques.

Realizar el cubicaje de unidades de transporte local.

Seleccionar la empresa de mensajería para envíos pequeños según Incoterm y cantidades.

Soporte al área de almacén en la elaboración de guías de mensajería.

Soporte logístico a clientes internos (Customer Service, ventas, planeación, producción ).

Minimum Requirements:

Educación formal : Licenciatura en Comercio exterior, negocios internacionales, administración o afin.

Lenguajes :Inglés Intermedio

IT/Software: MS Office, Internet, Oracle, Outlook.

Experiencia en años : 2 años o más.

Conocimientos tecnicos : Conceptos de comercio internacional, logística y cubicaje.
