  • 1. วางแผนและประสานงานการนำเข้า-ส่งออก วัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ สินค้าสำเร็จรูป ตัวอย่างสินค้า และรายการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้เป็นไปตามแผนและกำหนดส่งมอบ
  • 2. ประสานงานกับ Supplier, Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line, Airline, Customs Broker และหน่วยงานภายใน เพื่อดำเนินการขนส่งและพิธีการศุลกากร
  • 3. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนของเอกสาร Import-Export เช่น Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, Certificate of Origin และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • 4. ติดตามสถานะ Shipment ตั้งแต่ Supplier Ready Date, Booking, ETD, ETA, Customs Clearance จนถึงการส่งมอบ พร้อมแจ้งความเสี่ยงหรือความล่าช้าล่วงหน้า
  • 5. ตรวจสอบ HS Code อัตราอากร ภาษี สิทธิประโยชน์ FTA / Certificate of Origin รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • 6. ประสาน Inspector / Inspection Company และ Supplier เพื่อทำ Pre-Shipment Inspection ติดตาม Inspection Report และ Corrective Action / Re-inspection กรณีสินค้าไม่ผ่านข้อกำหนดก่อนจัดส่ง
  • 7. ขอ เปรียบเทียบ และวิเคราะห์ค่าขนส่งและค่าใช้จ่าย Logistics พร้อมเสนอแนวทางลดต้นทุน เช่น Freight Negotiation, Shipment Consolidation, Routing และ Transportation Mode
  • 8. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย Import-Export เช่น Freight, Customs Clearance, Trucking, Storage, Demurrage, Detention และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • 9. แก้ไขปัญหาและบริหารความเสี่ยงด้าน Shipment, Customs, Documentation และ Transportation พร้อมเสนอ Alternative Plan สำหรับ Shipment เร่งด่วนหรือมีความเสี่ยง
  • 10. จัดทำ Shipment Tracking, Import-Export Report, Logistics Cost Analysis และจัดเก็บเอกสารให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และพร้อมสำหรับ Audit

คุณสมบัติ

  • ปริญญาตรี สาขา Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Import-Export, Logistics, Freight Forwarding หรือ Supply Chain อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  • มีความรู้ด้านพิธีการศุลกากร HS Code, Customs Duty, VAT, FTA, Certificate of Origin และ Incoterms
  • สามารถประสานงานกับ Supplier, Freight Forwarder, Customs Broker และ Inspector ได้ดี
  • มีใบอนุญาตเป็นตัวแทนออกของ (Customs Broker License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติพิธีการศุลกากร
  • สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และหากมีประสบการณ์ SAP/ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ และมีทักษะวิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหา เจรจาต่อรอง และละเอียดรอบคอบ
