Amazon Cross Border Teams has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The OOC (Out of Country) into Latam team is responsible for international Sellers' success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Global businesses to join Latam.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Incentives & Provider Manager to own OOC Performance & Incentives strategy as well as Service Provider Network (SPN) management for Amazon's Global Selling into Latam business. In this role, you will design and execute incentive programs that drive seller performance while managing the external provider ecosystem that enables international sellers to succeed on our platform.
- Key job responsibilities
- Incentive Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive promotional incentive strategies for the OOC Business in LatAm, aligned with sales objectives and product launches. Identify target seller segments and define clear objectives for each incentive program.
- Service Provider Network Management: Own the SPN strategy for Latam — recruiting, onboarding, and managing external service providers (logistics, compliance, content, advertising, account management) that support international sellers.
- Provider Performance & Accountability: Define provider KPIs, monitor quality through scorecards and business reviews, and drive continuous improvement across the provider network.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and provider performance metrics to inform incentive design, measure program effectiveness, and execute recommendations for improvements.

- Seller-Provider Matching: Work with Sales and Tech teams to enhance selection recommendation tools that connect international sellers with the right providers and incentive programs.
- External Partner Collaboration: Work with external partners to simplify the provider onboarding and seller recommendation process.
- Programmatic Tools: Develop programmatic tools to drive increased performance on specific Cross Border Sales channels.
- A day in the life
- Review Incentives and SPN performance recurring business metrics and propose improvements.
- Meet with external providers to review performance, address blockers, and identify growth opportunities.
- Design and iterate on incentive structures based on seller behavior and channel performance.
- Work with international sales teams to identify seller process improvements.
- Simplify and improve the provider-seller matching and recommendation process.
- Programs, process, and products continuous improvement.
