About the Team

The Corporate Communications team shapes and strengthens Lowe's India's reputation with internal and external audiences. The team partners across the business to communicate Lowe's India story, culture and strategic impact through clear, consistent and compelling narratives. This role primarily supports employer branding and external talent communications, working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, business and technology teams. The team manages key employer brand touchpoints and develops campaigns that build awareness and engagement among priority talent communities.

Job Summary:

  • The primary purpose of this role is to support Lowe's India's corporate communications and employer brand strategy, with a strong focus on building a distinctive, consistent and credible employer brand across key external talent touchpoints.
  • The Analyst - Corporate Communications will execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen Lowe's India's reputation among priority talent communities, prospective candidates and university audiences. The role will manage and continuously strengthen key employer brand platforms, including the Lowe's India website, Glassdoor and other relevant external channels, ensuring they accurately represent Lowe's employee value proposition, culture, career opportunities and the strategic role of Lowe's India within the enterprise.
  • The role will use content, campaigns, employee stories, reputation insights and talent data to identify and amplify compelling proof points about the Lowe's India employee experience. The Analyst will work closely with Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition, HR, business and technology teams, as well as external partners, to develop campaigns and engagement opportunities for priority talent segments, including technology, data, AI, product and leadership talent.

  • Support the execution of Lowe’s India’s employer brand strategy and help build a differentiated and consistent employer brand across the talent journey.
  • Own and strengthen the Lowe's India employer brand narrative across key external talent touchpoints, ensuring consistency with the employee value proposition, culture and business priorities.
  • Own the content strategy and ongoing optimization of the Lowe's India careers website, Glassdoor presence and other relevant employer reputation platforms.
  • Ensure external talent channels accurately represent Lowe's India culture, career opportunities, associate experiences and strategic role within Lowe's.
  • Develop, write, edit and publish high-quality employer brand content, including associate stories, business and technology narratives, campaign content and talent-focused communications.
  • Monitor employer reviews, ratings, candidate feedback and talent sentiment to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential reputation risks.·
  • Use platform analytics, engagement data and audience insights to identify stories, proof points and employee experiences to amplify and to optimize content and campaigns.·
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on employer brand initiatives such as Rise and Innovate, university programs, early career engagement and other strategic talent programs.·
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns, technology meetups and engagement opportunities for priority talent segments, including technology, data, AI, product and leadership talent.
  • Build strong working relationships across Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition, HR, business and technology teams and external partners; manage assigned projects end to end, including timelines, approvals, execution, measurement and reporting.

Years of experience

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, employer branding, marketing communications, talent marketing, public relations or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or executing integrated communications or marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing projects from planning through execution.
  • Experience using audience insights or reputation data to inform communication decisions is preferred.
  • Exposure to employer review platforms, careers websites, university engagement or talent marketing programs would be an advantage.

Education qualifications

Required minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, business or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling and audience-relevant content.
  • Additional certification or training in digital marketing, content marketing, employer branding, communications or analytics would be an advantage.

Primary skills

  • Content development and storytelling : Strong writing, editing and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate business, culture and employee experiences into compelling external content.
  • Employer branding : Understanding of employer brand principles, employee value proposition messaging and talent audience engagement.
  • Digital content management: Abilit y to manage and optimize content across websites, employer reputation platforms and other external digital channels.
  • Campaign management : Ability to plan, coordinate, execute and measure integrated employer branding and communications campaigns.
  • Reputation management : Ability to monitor external sentiment, reviews and reputation indicators and translate insights into appropriate communications actions.
  • Stakeholder management : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, senior team members, subject matter experts and external partners.
  • Data and insights : Ability to interpret platform metrics, engagement data and audience feedback to identify trends and improve communication effectiveness.
  • Project management and ownership : Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, timelines and deliverables.

Secondary skills / desired

  • Exposure to Glassdoor or similar employer reputation platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems and website publishing.
  • Understanding of social and digital media analytics.
  • Experience supporting university, early career or technology talent engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with the technology, AI, data or GCC talent landscape would be an advantage.
