Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack) to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native development, modern frontend frameworks, and microservices architecture. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• •Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
• •Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies.
• •Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• •Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
• •Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews while ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
• •Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• •Drive application performance optimization, scalability improvements, and troubleshooting activities.
• •Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• •Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• •Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
• •Contribute to architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• •Minimum 9+ years of software development experience with enterprise applications.
• •Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies , including:
• •.NET Core / .NET 6+
• •ASP.NET Core
• •C#
• •Entity Framework Core
• •LINQ

• •Strong frontend development experience with:
• •Angular (Version 12+ preferred)
• •TypeScript
• •HTML5
• •CSS3
• •JavaScript
• •Bootstrap or equivalent UI frameworks

• •Experience designing and developing:
• •RESTful APIs
• •Microservices architecture
• •Event-driven applications

• •Strong database expertise in:

• •Database design and performance tuning
• •Stored Procedures and Query Optimization

• •Experience with:

• •Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
• •Exposure to Generative AI, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• •Azure, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• •Insurance, financial services, or enterprise application experience is preferred.
