  • About the Role
  • Our independent jewellers are an important part of our UK business, and we're evolving how we support this growing customer base.

As an Independent Account Executive, you'll manage a national portfolio of independent jewellers, using sales data, customer insight and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, improve performance and make sure each account has the right brands, ranges and stock.

You'll also play a key role in helping customers move to our digital ordering and account management systems, giving them the confidence to manage their orders independently.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales or commercial career who enjoys working with data, spotting opportunities and building relationships, and wants to develop within a global watch and jewellery business.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of independent jewellers across the UK, tracking sell-in, sell-out, stock and account performance.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, risks and underperforming accounts, and turn insights into clear actions.
  • Review product ranges and stock levels to ensure customers have the right products for their business and customers.
  • Identify dormant, declining or low-potential accounts and recommend appropriate next steps.
  • Help independent jewellers transition to our digital ordering and account management systems, providing coaching and support where needed.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and support their buying decisions through data, product knowledge and commercial insight.
  • Support new account onboarding and assess the potential of prospective independent jewellers.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to make sure face-to-face support is focused where it can have the greatest impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, BA, Customer Operations and Visual Merchandising to improve customer performance and experience.
  • Provide regular reporting and insight on the independent channel, highlighting trends, opportunities and areas for action.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience in sales, account management, sales support, commercial analysis, retail or a similar role.
  • A commercial and analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding what is driving sales and where opportunities exist.
  • Comfortable working with data and Excel, and confident learning new systems quickly.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage a large number of smaller accounts effectively.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers.
  • Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in sales and commercial account management.
  • Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, accessories or another premium consumer/lifestyle industry is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers when required.
