As an Indirect Service Contractors SQE you will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers of services consistently meet quality, compliance, and business requirements. Acting as Supplier Quality representative you will work closely with key departments such as Health Safety & Environment, Facility Management Manufacturing and Procurement and other cross functional stakeho l ders to drive suppliers of indirect services quality performance, continuous improvement and process excellence .

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Lead and support the qualification, assessment, and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and business requirements.

Actively participate in business transformation and process improvement initiatives, serving as project lead for specific workstreams or as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supplier Quality topics.

Develop, standardize, and monitor Supplier Quality metrics across indirect services and service categories, ensuring alignment of KPIs, scorecards, and reporting practices across Business Units.

Analyze supplier quality performance data and non-conformities, identifying recurring trends, root causes, and key drivers of supplier-related defects and service quality issues.

Oversee supplier development programs, tracking action plans, monitoring progress against objectives , and providing regular updates to leadership teams on risks, opportunities, and achievements.

Contribute to the development of a strong quality culture throughout the supply base by fostering supplier engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will:

have a Master degree in Management Engineering or equivalent

own a data driven mindset and apply statistical methods

be familiar with continuous improvement methods.

strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.

previous experience in participating in cross-functional improvement initiatives (nice to have)

Be proficient in PC & office software

Be available to travel frequently

Have the attitude to set aggressive targets and committed to meet deadlines and deliver results

Be able to work with teams and people from different cultures

Possess EU Work Permit

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
