Sizemore Inc. is hiring in Lexington, SC!

• •Shift: Varies (this is a floater role where the candidate will come in as someone calls out)
• •Rate: $14.75/hour
• •Must have 2 + years of industrial housekeeping (warehouse setting)

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitization :

• •Use specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• •Regularly collect and dispose of waste in designated containers.
• •Operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.

Maintenance Reporting :

• •Alert the site supervisor about any equipment or facility maintenance issues.
• •Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.

Routine Cleaning :

• •Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• •Restock supplies as needed.

Compliance :

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Experience :

Prior experience in an industrial cleaning role is essential.

Safety Awareness :

• •Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Independence and Teamwork :

• •Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• •Good communication skills.

Physical Stamina :

• •Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• •Comfortable bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.

Environment :

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.
