Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - Hatfield

We are looking for dependable, resourceful Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Hatfield, PA. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• •Ensure operation of machinery by completing maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
• •Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematics, service manuals, etc.
• •Perform preventative maintenance and take corrective action to prevent equipment down time.
• •Maintain parts and supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
• •Follow all required safety practices including lockout-tagout and wearing required PPE.
• •Floater between lines.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education (GED)

Previous mechanical and electrical machine repair experience necessary

Ability to read and understand manuals, blueprints and procedures

Basic computer skills

Able to perform basic mathematical functions

At least 2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing, packaging, industrial or warehouse environment

Sound judgment, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to lift 50lbs and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 11:00am-9:30pm

Rate: $30-$32 hourly depending on experience
